The Colts also face the Kansas City, and have the Seattle, San Francisco and two games with the 5-4 Jaguars to contend with. There's a considerable distance to go but the opportunity is available for a shock top seed in the American Football Conference

Two teams with strong arguments to be better than all of the three different eight and two sides are National Football Conference West rivals the Seattle and Rams, who both put up forty points to reach 7-2 before the upcoming Hollywood blockbuster meeting between the two in Los Angeles

Both could realistically be without a loss as too - particularly the Los Angeles as their pair of losses came in overtime against the San Francisco and then that painful defeat in Philadelphia when they had a potentially winning kick with the last kick deflected and run back by the Eagles for a touchdown

Seattle also lost to San Francisco, with a late touchdown in week one, before falling to the final play of the contest against the Buccaneers - so they are genuinely among the best sides in the league

The upcoming game on Sunday could be the most exciting of the season to date
